Hey Buddy, I wanted a picture representing “The stars at night are big and bright deep in the heart of Texas” so I painted one. It’s far from perfect but I like it. I couldn’t get a good picture of it because of the lighting but here it is anyway. Not too bad for my first try.

Sister Perry's grand daughter graduated high school last night and they gave her a party today. We got invited so we got to see Sister Perry today.

Well Buddy today is your 38th birthday. You've now had as many in heaven as you did here. My heart hurts, I miss you so much and I love you more than ever. I made you a chocolate pudding pie today and Dooley and I sang happy birthday to you and had a piece for you. I just wish you were here to eat it. I know you're having a wonderful day in heaven and your little brothers Wayne and Buck are helping you celeberate. Some day I will too. Until then just know your Mama loves you and you're always in my heart and on my mind.

Buddy, today makes 18 years that the Lord called you home. God I miss you so much. I know you’re happy and healthy and I will see you again some day but my heart still aches for you. Man you’ve almost been gone as long as you were here! That’s so hard to take in. No one knows what these years have been like for me but I do appreciate the ones that have tried to understand.
